Beware of Wolves!

Friends and Parishioners:

Watch out for internet scammers out there! Today, someone used an email address that looked like Fr. Jamin’s (but was spelled incorrectly!) stole a photo of him from the parish website, and proceeded to send emails to parishioners and staff asking them to get iTunes gift cards and send the codes to that email address. THIS IS FAKE AND IS A SCAM, and Fr. Jamin would NEVER ask this of anyone. Do not respond to this email! Simply disregard it and report it as spam to your email provider. Beware of folks out there who try to take advantage of the generosity of others! Please be sure to share this!

And don’t worry — the email spoof-er has been reported to authorities!
