Lectors
“Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the Word of Christ” (Romans 10:17).
One of the parts of the Mass is the Liturgy of the Word. Being a lector means to bring the Word of God to the people with clarity, sincerity and an eagerness to proclaim God’s message. This ministry involves a willingness to get immersed in God’s Word, to bring his message to the hearts of his people.
